Privacy Policy

Effective date: 6 September 2026 · Beesly Labs

This policy explains what the Satly mobile app processes, where it sends it, and how long it is kept.

In short: Satly does not ask you to create an account. It does not ask for your name, email, phone number, address or location. Your listing drafts and photos stay on your phone. When you have a listing written, only the photos and text needed for that job go to our server and on to the AI provider; none of it is stored on the server.

What is processed

What we do not collect

Where data goes

OpenAI — Your photos and the text you write are sent through our server to OpenAI to produce the listing. The result comes back to your phone. OpenAI processes it under its own terms.

Expo (EAS) — The app contacts Expo's servers to check for updates. Technical details such as your IP address and app version are visible to Expo during that check. Your listing content is not sent to Expo.

Apple and Google — The store you downloaded the app from processes data under its own policy. We have no control over that.

We transfer data to no other third party. Should a legal obligation arise, we could only share what we hold — and your listing content is not held by us.

Keeping and deleting

Permissions

You can refuse all three; the app keeps working, only the matching feature stops.

Children

Satly is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Exercising your rights

Under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you have the right to access, correct and erase your data, and to object to its processing. In practice you can exercise most of these yourself: all of it is on your phone and can be deleted from Settings. We hold no lasting record on our server that could be linked to you. If you still have a request, write to info@beeslylabs.com.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the effective date. For a significant change we will say so in the app.
